Why is this role important?

The Senior Product Designer at LaunchPad plays a crucial role in advancing the company's product and building a strong design culture and team.

Candidates with experience in designing responsive web apps, SaaS, as well as a history of creating polished features, are highly desired.

What team will you join?

You will be our first in-house design hire - so you will be starting out design team. You will be working closely with product, engineering and customer success. At LaunchPad, we take a design-first approach to all of our outputs, including our core product, brand, and overall user experience. We are currently working on several projects including refreshing our brand, developing our website, and improving the user experience of our core product.

To be successful in this role, we expect someone who:

• Has experience creating excellent products that users love, with a focus on balancing simplicity and power
• Is customer-obsessed and excited to spend time with users
• Is skilled in designing for the web
• Will develop an intimate understanding of our product and vision

What does the hiring process look like?

Applicants can expect the following:

1. Initial call ~ 30 minutes
2. Take home + 60 minute discussion
3. Interview, team & values ~ 45 minutes
4. Offer stage

What does an offer typically include?

• A competitive salary between $125,000 and $180,000
